Karndean art select

This floor was installed over a very uneven floorboards we first installed sp101 flooring grade 6mm ply

we sealed around the edges and where any small gaps were

we installed a flexible fibre reinforced latex over the top so that the floor was smooth and level

we then install this beautiful karndean art select ap01 blonde oak with a 5mm feature strip to finish the bedroom off

First we had to grind the surface of the floor to remove any contaminants that have been added during the building process as these can affect the latex that we install

Invictus flooring

This was a challanging floor to complete as the sub-floor wat all different levels from the original concrete floor of the house to the new floor of the extension and filling all the areas where all the old walls had been taken out

This beautiful herringbone floor has a .55 wearlayer textured sufrace and bevelled edges

lots of floor preporation went in to this floor to make this floor perfect and smooth to install ths beautiful invictus herringbone lvt

Refurbishment of hostpital wards

First we had to remove all the cap and cove and remove the old flooring then we installed flooring grade ply and feathered the edges

Then we installed new grey commercial flooring with new cap and cove total job was 660 sqm job was completed over 2 week
